I built this tools because my teammates was not able to help me thoses tasks. It was quite impossible to communicate and I was the only one able to understand all my excel/csv files, how as acces to the bank account easely, and so on.

New workflow

Import all you transactions

You know that for each transaction, you are suppose to have one or more documents to justify them.
The application can import the transaction from your bank CSV export for free, or it can handle automatically CODA files. (learn more with Belfius )

Plan your payments

As soon as you receive a legal document or an invoice, you can upload them to the application. Everyone can do this simple task. It will no longer be the only one able to do this task.

Pay your providers and your taxes

You will be able to see which invoice you need to pay and those that are already paid since each transactions will be linked to one invoice.

Make sure everything is done

At the end of each quarter, make sure each transactions as their own document or invoice. If it is the case, your are ready send everything to your accountant.
